'Alternating photo exhibitions in modern interiors. Quite popular.'
Good changing photo exhibitions in a modern space. Shows no history of photography. Some interest in photography is necessary.
- modern design in beautiful old building
- good quality of exhibitions
- only for lovers of photography
- signage could be better
Our review of Foam

Popular and modern museum

Foam is a popular photography museum housed in a modern interior in a beautiful 17th century canal house. Both the inside and the outside looks very nice.

Changing exhibitions

The museum gives no history of photography or how to shoot. It is an exhibition space for changing exhibitions of leading, famous and/or talented photographers. The exhibitions in Foam are usually aimed at a slightly younger audience.

It is difficult to find your way

Foam is a bit of a maze. It is sometimes difficult to determine whether or not you've been somewhere already. The signage could be better. Some interest in photography is necessary, otherwise you quickly out again.
